The attached plan outlined in red is offered.  The land is in 2 sections: the part to the northwest being 1.938 acres and the land to the southeast covering 3.56acres with a stream running primarily to the sides. The areas are split by a footpath including a brick bridge over the stream which is maintained by Warrington Borough Council. It is presently 'open space' bounded by primarily residential areas but to the west is St. Thomas' CE Primary School and Alexandra Park - a King Georges Field. There are 7 designated entrance points all of which are fully accessible with the land used by all ages and is a base for the Stockton Heath Festival held over 4 days in early July each year. Attached is a copy of the Register of Title.
