Community Recreation Ground, sports facilities and play space. The facility land is owned by the Parish Council and leased to the charitable organisation called Addington Recreation Ground under a Lease & Trust Deed for 99 years from 1968. The Trustees of the Charity, 302668, are the member clubs and societies.

All the management, maintenance, compliance and development of the facility is undertaken on a voluntary basis by the member clubs and societies. The recreational space includes a cricket square and outfield, non-turf net practice bays, a football pitch
