This park combines activities for young people, i.e. play area, skate park and BMX ramps within an area managed for wildlife and more leisurely activities. It slopes down to the banks of the River Test so is in a beautiful setting. Large areas of the open space are managed using specific mowing regimes to improve the diversity of the grassland.
