Whitminster playing field is situated off School Lane in Whitminster, behind the village school. Being owned by the Parish, the Parish Council acts as the Custodian Trustees, with the management committee, which jointly administers Whitminster Village Hall. controlling day to day running. It caters for organised sport and has rounders pitches and an athletics track marked during the summer months. Benefitting from a skateboard ramp and a games area for children up to 16 years old, the village school also has access to the field during term times. The pavillion has changing rooms, showers and a car park.
